Learning Clicks Long Term Survey Sign-Up

By participating in the Learning Clicks long term survey you have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on how we can improve our efforts to help students like you, map out your post-secondary learning pathway. We will email the survey out to you every October, up to two years after you finish high school. 

Each year you complete the short survey you will be entered into the draw a $500 post-secondary schooling award!

The personal information that you are being asked to provide is collected under the authority of section 8 of the Government Organization Act and is managed in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP). The information will be used only for the purpose of evaluating the Learning Clicks program and will be deleted from our system five years after the original collection or by the time the participant is two years out of high school.  If you have any questions regarding the collection or use of your personal information please contact the Learning Clicks Coordinator at 780-415-9277.
