Technical Requirements

• The required browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 8 or higher. SFS supports the most recent version of Firefox. SFS also supports Safari 5 on Windows and up to Version 4 on Macintosh notebooks and desktops. Safari 5 on the Mac is not supported.
  
  
• In order to access the Students Finance System:
• cookies must be enabled on your browser;
• active scripting must be enabled for JavaScript in your browser; and
• pop-ups must be allowed in your browser.
  
  
• To allow for correct printing within SFS, ensure the ‘Print background colors and images’ are enabled within Internet Explorer.
  
• Recommended Screen Size is 1024 x 768 or higher.

System Availability

• The Online Application may not be available Monday to Saturday between 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. and Sunday from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. due to maintenance.
