EDULINX and the National Student Loans Service Centre will email important information to you throughout the lifecycle of your loan. Be sure to add Canada-Alberta Student Loan Advisor to your "safe sender list" or address book so that you receive your personal email messages.
Stay in touch with EDULINX, the National Student Loans Service Centre and/or your bank
By communicating changes in your situation, you ensure that your credit rating is protected and that you remain eligible for future student funding. It is important that you communicate with all of the partners involved in the student loan process - your post-secondary institution, Students Finance, EDULINX, the National Student Loans Service Centre and your bank. For example, if you move, you must provide a change of address to your school, Students Finance, EDULINX, the National Student Loans Service Centre and your bank.
