Action Plan

Action planning is simply a methodology for execution in order to reach objectives. To achieve an action plan, you must first list those activities that are critical to the successful implementation and accomplishment of your growth plan. Pick the top four.

Next, consider obstacles and solutions for each activity.

Finally, determine how achievement, or success, for each activity will be measured. Generally, this involves project management techniques such as budgeting, tasking, and setting deadlines.
