Tasks

  • Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
  • Direct quality control inspections
  • Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
  • Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
  • Operate machinery to process and bottle, can or otherwise package alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
