  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Balance cash and record sales
