Tasks

  • Schedule events, programs and activities
  • Schedule the use of golf courses, tennis courts, bowling alley and fitness clubs
  • Schedule work
  • Issue score sheets
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds
  • Collect tickets and fees, and rent or sell sports and accessory equipment
  • Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
  • Operate all-terrain vehicles (ATV)
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide customer service
