Tasks
- Assist in environmental audits
- Conduct geological, geophysical, geochemical, hydrographic or oceanographic surveys, prospecting field trips, exploratory drilling, well logging or underground mine survey programs
- Design measures to minimize undesirable environmental effects of mining and oil and gas operations
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
