Admission Requirements

Standard Admission Students must meet one of the following criteria: 1. Alberta High School Diploma, verified by transcript, with 50% or better in a Grade 10 English and a Grade 10 Math or non-Alberta equivalent. OR 2. (Alberta) High School Equivalency, of Grade 10 English and Grade 10 Math, verified by trancript, or non-Alberta equivalent. And ALL of the following criteria: 1. Successful interview with school administration. Mature Admission Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: 1. Out of high school for two years. 2. Successful interview with school administration. 3. Successful result on an aptitude test administered by Valpar or Wonderlic - Community Employment Services (CES) in Medicine Hat, AB. (Note. This test should measure high school equivalency to balance with the Standard Admission academic requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent). 4. Thirty three credits towards an Alberta High School Diploma, verified by transcript, with 50% or better in Grade 10 English and Grade 10 Math, or non-Alberta equivalent.

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Student Aid Alberta for the funding year 2017/08/01 to 2018/07/31*.
