The Advanced Care Paramedic Upgrading (ACP) program consists of twelve (12) weeks online access to ACP refresher resources with required online participation. Students will review, practice, upgrade and be evaluated on ACP skills as learned in the ACP upgrading program. The potential student will have graduated from an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) program and will be seeking upgrading to meet the requirements to write the Alberta College of Paramedics licensing exam.

Admission Requirements
The potential student will have graduated from an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) program and will be seeking upgrading to meet the requirements to write the Alberta College of Paramedics licensing exam.

Distance Delivery Options

Full-time blended delivery. The program has classroom sessions, labs, clinical placements, and field placements. It uses a mix of distributed learning technologies (Moodle and Collaborate) to support the theory portions of the program.
