The purpose of the Bachelor of Communication Major in Broadcast Media Studies is to provide students with a comprehensive foundation for a career in a rapidly evolving field of communications. It is designed to meet employer demand for individuals who bring a wide range of communication skills, who have an ability to adapt quickly to technological change, who are able to connect in meaningful and effective ways with increasingly diverse audiences, and who can respond efficiently to the communication needs of clients from the business, government and non-profit sectors. The major will also enable those students who would prefer to have their career follow an entrepreneurial path as freelancers or independent production company or agency owners.

English Language Arts 30 - 1 (60%) and Social Studies 30 - 1. Interview.
