Give your art practice the dedication it deserves by pursuing the Citation in Visual Arts Fundamentals. This new citation program is ideal for beginners and casual artists of all levels. Explore fundamental concepts in traditional areas such as drawing, painting, design, and history. Designed so that learners can continue full-time employment during their studies, this program integrates classroom theory and practical studio training in a supportive environment, while also offering opportunities for individual feedback from professional artists.
This program is for aspiring and emerging artists of all skill levels who want to develop and refine their artistic abilities through formal art training. Some characteristics common to our students are a passion for creativity, an openness to share and accept constructive feedback, and a desire to develop a solid portfolio. Earn a citation by completing five courses with the opportunity to ladder it into the Visual Arts Certificate.
