This program is for professionals who manage and hire staff or who want to improve relationships with HR and legal departments. Through case studies and analysis, SAIT’s Employment Law program provides a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations and standards applicable to management. The modules will emphasize employment standards, privacy and human rights legislation, and offer an overview of labour relations and Occupational Health and Safety.
