Fourth Class is the starting point for those looking to work with high pressure boilers. Successful completion of Part A and B prepares students to write the government Part A Exam (in Alberta). In order to write the government Part B, students must have six months of relevant government approved work experience. The SAIT course can be completed without experience. In Alberta, this course credits six months of work experience towards the required 12 months. If you are located outside of Alberta, please contact your provincial boilers branch.
