This citation program has been designed to empow­er lead­ers with the capac­i­ty for a glob­al mind­set and an abil­i­ty to lead in mul­ti­cul­tur­al set­tings. Learn­ers in this online pro­gram will focus on top­ics such as world views, polit­i­cal and cul­tur­al com­plex­i­ty, cross-cul­tur­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion, delib­er­a­tive dis­course, and tech­no­log­i­cal changes.

It will be of val­ue to indi­vid­u­als inter­est­ed in work­ing with­in a glob­al con­text and devel­op­ing lead­er­ship skills to draw cul­tures clos­er togeth­er. Learn­ers come from a vari­ety of indus­tries, vol­un­teer orga­ni­za­tions, gov­ern­ment sec­tor, and small to large enter­pris­es.
