Admission Requirements
Admission Requirements Qualifications to be provided at registration prior to participating in the first HCA class: Documentation that verifies the applicant: - Is a resident of Alberta - Has completed a minimum of Grade 10 English (or equivalent) - Has completed a minimum of Grade 10 Applied Math (or equivalent) Qualifications to be provided prior to beginning clinical placement: - Current criminal record check. - First aid and CPR (Level C) certification - provided to Excel Academy HCA students at no extra cost.

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Student Aid Alberta *.
