Manitoba Grade 12 and basic computer skills, familiarity with Windows and familiarity with Internet searching and Internet access and e-mail and NEW for all LIT students: A current Adult Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector Check and Provincial Child Abuse Registry Check may be required prior to Field Placements. An RRC photo identification card may also be required by the practicum host. Students with a criminal record or child abuse record may not be able to complete their practicum. Special Admission Requirements-Applicants who will be 19 years of age on or before September 30 in their year of registration, and who have been out of high school for a minimum of one year who do not meet the regular admission requirements may apply under the special admission requirements. Individuals applying as a special admission applicant must also meet admission requirements 2, 3 and 4 as outlined above.
