This certificate program pro­vides a sol­id ground­ing in man­age­r­i­al tech­niques and process­es, while also equip­ping learn­ers with the spe­cif­ic skills need­ed in man­age­ment and super­vi­so­ry posi­tions. Cours­es with­in this pro­gram cov­er top­ics like human resource man­age­ment, finan­cial man­age­ment, mar­ket­ing, strate­gic man­age­ment, and busi­ness com­mu­ni­ca­tion, among others.
