Admission Requirements

Alberta Resident Admission Students must meet ONE of the following criteria: 1) Standard Admission -Alberta high school diploma with passing grade in Biology 30, Science 30, Math 30 or 33, English 30 or 33, or equivalent verified by transcript 2) Mature Admission Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: -Out of school for one year -be at least 18 years of age prior to admission -thirty-three credits towards an Alberta high school diploma with passing grade in Biology 30, Science 30, Math 30 or 33, English 30 or 33, or equivalent verified by transcript AND an overall score of 490 on the CDI College Aptitude Test Out of Province Admission Applicants who have not resided in Alberta for a one year period must meet ONE of the following criteria: 1) Standard Admission -Alberta high school diploma with passing grade in Biology 30, Science 30, Math 30 or 33, English 30 or 33, or equivalent verified by transcript -19 years of age at time of enrollment 2) Mature Admission Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: -Out of school for one year -be at least 19 years of age prior to admission -thirty-three credits towards an Alberta high school diploma with passing grade in Biology 30, Science 30, Math 30 or 33, English 30 or 33, or equivalent verified by transcript AND an overall score of 490 on the CDI College Aptitude Test Practicum Requirements -provide a negative criminal record check -provide completed immunization report showing current immunization including Hepatitis B and free of communicable disease
