Admission Requirements
Prerequisite: Prospective students should be at least a beginner/intermediate level in their Pilates practice and pass on elevation lesson and interview with the owner. As a guideline, the prospective student should have had at least 20 Pilates classes or sessions with a teacher. They should be injury free and/or have a deep understanding of their body's capabilities. Admission Requirements Prospective students must: 1. Have a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. 2. Take a practical evaluation with school owner or submit a video of their Pilates execution of the Mat and Reformer repertoire at a strong Level 2. Applicants can obtain a Mat and Reformer Level 2 Practical Evaluation Information Sheet outlining the require repertoire from Embody Pilates Studio for reference. The practical evaluation will be scored. 3. Complete a successful interview with school owner. The applicant should show a passion for Pilates and willingness to learn. The applicant must be injury free and have adequate knowledge of what her/his body's capabilities are. 4. Be at least 18 years of age.
