It includes flexible, interactive courses that develop sought-after skills in communication, supervision and leadership, business and applied management, performance management, team building, and project management.
This program is ideal for new, aspiring, and current supervisors or managers and designed to improve management and leadership skills through practical and applied learning.
Tailor your certificate to your specific needs and interests. To earn the Engineering Technology Management Certificate, participants must complete a minimum of 150 hours of course work, including 5 core courses. Numerous courses are recognized by leading professional associations and earn credits towards certifications such as Blue Seal, Gold Seal, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
SAIT instructors are business and leadership professionals with relevant, first-hand experience and accomplished careers.
