The Agriculture Sales and Customer Support Certificate program will focus on establishing a strong foundation in professional selling, customer support, and problem solving as it relates to field operations, livestock technology, and controlled environment agriculture. This includes an emphasis on sales and support integration, client management, relationship development, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. The program consists of four courses in term 1 (Sept to December), followed by 6 months of paid on the job education with an industry partner (January to June, min. 850 hours). Further sector-specific specialization occurs via on the job education with industry partners.

Courses are offered online throughout the fall and winter terms except for the Industry Experience where students participate in a work integrated learning experience with an industry mentor.
