MCG Careers Inc.
Provides personalized employment services including assessments and skill analysis. The program goal is to help the job seeker develop workplace and occupation related skills that align with employer needs to secure employment. This includes small group or one to one workshops to develop job search and employability skills. Upon completion, job seekers will be provided with upskilling to connect with employers or new skills through employer led training at the worksite. Access to funds for work gear, certification and more may be available. This program is delivered in person, with the option for virtual delivery for residents in the Highwood region. This is a Transition to Employment Services and Workplace Training program.
