Searches are not case sensitive.
Searches treat a hyphen and a single space equally. For example, searches for "post-secondary schools" and "post secondary schools" will return the same results.
With the exception of text case, searches require exact matches to return the desired results. For example, a search for "health care jobs" will return different results than a search for "healthcare jobs". Similarly, a search for "resumé tips" will have different results than a search for "resume tips".
The Alis House Style Guide sets the spelling and format used for alis-created content. Differing formats of a word or phrase may appear in job postings, post-secondary school and program information, and other data that's collected from external sources.

To see more search results for post-secondary schools and programs in Alberta and job postings in Alberta, try using both versions of the above words and phrases to broaden your search.
Once you've completed a search, you can use the search suggestions that appear in the left-side column or below the search bar to surface content you're interested in. For example, if you search for "apprenticeship," and you are interested in learning more about how to start a career in the trades, you could click on "Articles" to see only articles with information on apprenticing in Alberta. If you wanted to see what occupations you could apprentice in, you could click "Occupations in Alberta" to see only occupational profiles that offer apprenticeship opportunities.
