Advanced Accounting Diploma

Red Deer Polytechnic

Red Deer Polytechnic

rdpolytech.ca
The Advanced Accounting Diploma (AAD) is ideally suited to graduates of a four-year bachelor's degree who wish to pursue a career as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). The AAD is a bundle of existing RDP courses equivalent to the CPA Preparatory program learning outcomes. This credential is fast paced and intense, requiring the student to be focused and disciplined. Graduates of this program are ready to move on to the CPA Professional Education Program while gaining work experience as the next step in the journey to becoming a CPA. Graduates of the AAD can also opt to seek a career as an undesignated accountant if they choose not to continue the path to obtaining a professional designation.
