Advanced Healthcare Leadership Program

www.nait.caAdvanced Healthcare Leadership is an optional second year program for Healthcare Leadership and Supervision (HCLS) students. In this program you will build on the skills learned in HCLS to further advance your opportunities within your field once you have successfully completed the first level.
Leadership, supervisory skills, team leadership, interprofessional and interpersonal competencies, organizational management, professionalism, ethics, stress management, health and wellness, mental health and wellbeing – these are all things we’ll expand on further to help you pursue higher levels of leadership within organizations. Further to that, we’re offering additional Crisis Management Essentials courses which will provide you with the skills needed to help organizations in crisis situations.
