1. Student must be 17 years or older. 2. Student must have Grade 10 or 12; preference will be given to Grade 12. 3. Capability of reading, writing, and speaking English. 4. Mature students older than 18 years of age with general equivalency of diploma. 5. If Grade 12 transcripts are not available, student is required to complete and pass a CAST Level 1 test, which will be supplied by NIWE.
