The Advanced Welding Technology Diploma prepares students with technical and soft skills to have a successful and rewarding career. Students will obtain rudimentary welding skills as well as exposure to technologies that have emerged into the welding spectrum in recent years. Students will leave the program with foundational skills and knowledge in fabrication, efficiency in product innovation, and inspection techniques. This program will provide students with pathways into apprenticeship and also provide students the basic literacy required to lead a company which will open up more career opportunities in their future.
