When hauling heavy equipment and goods, properly connected, well maintained and fully functional airbrakes are absolutely essential for the safety of truckers and the traffic around them.

This certificate program provides a comprehensive overview of airbrake mechanics, including circuits, components and theory of operation. You will gain the tools needed to confidently deliver the Alberta Air Brake Instructor Certification course to colleagues and drivers of air brake vehicles so that everyone is able to hit the road safely.
