Mount Royal's Bachelor of Science will prepare you for a wide variety of careers in science and technology, business, health care and other sectors. All of our science majors also provide you with the foundation for future graduate and professional studies. Study living systems by exploring the structure and function of cells and the life cycles, adaptations and habitats of organisms. Pursue your interests through courses in anatomy, physiology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology, ecology and evolution. Enhance your biology major with hands-on, practical learning experiences and specialize your degree further with concentrations in: Anatomy and Physiology Build a solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy and cellular processes. Cellular and Molecular Biology Gain knowledge and skills directly related to the study of biological systems from biomolecular, cellular and systemic perspectives. Ecology and Evolution Explore biodiversity, interactions of organisms with their environment, adaptations and evolutionary processes.
