In today’s job market, there is a high demand for qualified construction managers, estimators and technologists. Graduates will find courses in this program to be directly applicable to their construction career. Having a Construction Estimating and Administrative Controls certificate in your toolbox will widen your career choices and overall employability. Gain a solid understanding of estimating processes with practical exercises. The Construction Administrative Controls – Construction Estimating certificate offers a selection of accelerated and focused courses specific to construction management. Each CEAC course includes 2 sessions per week: one face-to-face session in a classroom, and the other online.

Students must successfully complete all required courses within the certificate of their choice to be eligible for a Certificate of Achievement.

    The Construction Estimating certificate offers an accelerated and focused selection of courses specific to building your abilities for participating in construction estimating activities.
    Each CEAC course includes 2 sessions per week: one face-to-face session in a classroom, and the other online in an on-demand format.

    Online classes will be held two evenings after the face-to-face classes. Students are not required to log into the online course during the time noted in each course section; however, an instructor will be available during the listed online hours for support.
