Admission Requirements
  • Successful completion of a diploma or degree in an accredited or recognized engineering technology, applied science, health science, business, or information technology program with a minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Grade 12 Mathematics (Math 30-2)
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency

Applicants who have completed a diploma or degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.0, but in a program that is not included in the list of fields indicated in the minimum entrance requirements, may enrol in the following Open Studies courses:

  • DATA3250 (Data Prep 1)
  • DATA3350 (Data Project Business Analysis)
  • DATA3550 (Data Programming Fundamentals)

Completion of these 3 Open Studies courses with a minimum mark of 70% (B-) in each course will satisfy the academic entrance requirements for this program. If you are interested in the Open Studies pathway for admission, we recommend you contact the Business Information Centre before applying.

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2024/08/01 to 2025/07/31*.

  • Books/Supplies/Instruments $875.00 Year One

The educational costs provided are based on a 100% full-course load and may not reflect current or all educational costs charged by the school.
