Admission Requirements
Standard Admission > Successful interview with school administration required of all applicants. > Students must meet ALL of the following criteria: 1. Completion of Alberta High School Diploma (or GED), verified by transcript, or non-Alberta equivalent, 2. 55% in Math 30-1 or 60% in Math 30-2 and 55% in English language Arts 30-1 or 60% English Language Arts 30-2, AND 3. High School diplomas that are not from Canada must be verified by IQAS or the World Education Services Gateway Program. Mature Admission > Successful interview with school administration required of all applicants. > Students must meet the following criteria: 1. Must be 18 years or older. 2. Must complete an academic achievement test to demonstrate required competency. Passing score on CAST level 4 or Grade 12 equivalent on Wonderlic (Verbal 303-321; Quantitative 294-313) 3. Completion of a diploma in related discipline or minimum 2 years experience working in related discipline. Other Admission Requirements >Applicants whose first language is NOT English must demonstrate ONE of the following: 1.IELTS score of 6 with minimum band score of 6.0, 2.TOEFL score of 83, 3.Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 in the four English language competencies (reading/writing/speaking/listening).
