Admission Requirements

Standard Admission Students may be accepted into the program who have successfully completed the G.E.D. with a score of 50 or better in English and Mathematics OR have successfully completed an Alberta high school diploma with 50% better in Grade 12 English and Mathematics 10 or any grade 11 mathematics, or equivalent. Mature Admission Students may be accepted into the program as mature students if they are age 19 or older, have been out of school for at least two years, and have a minimum of 50 credits towards a high school diploma with 50% or better in grade 10 English and Mathematics 10 or any grade 11 mathematics, or equivalent. All potential students must successfully complete the CAAT (Canadian Academic Achievement Test) and must participate in a pre-admission interview with the program coordinator to ensure suitability for the program.


Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2023/08/01 to 2024/07/31*.
