Admission Requirements

To earn this certificate, students will take core courses where they will learn about perceptions and human behaviour and techniques to motivate employees, in addition to understanding individuality and diversity as a key skill in building a strong team. To finish the 60-hour certificate, choose from a number of electives that complement core learning topics and that align with the student's personal leadership goals.
