    Minimum of 48 months and a minimum of 7,200 hours work experience. Formal classroom training is available through the Quality Control Council of Canada (QCCC). Individuals who can prove 72 months of experience with at least 10,800 hours of work experience as a Field Heat Treatment Technician may be eligible for an Alberta Occupational Certificate.
