Forklift Operator Training

This is a beginner's course where students will learn to drive a forklift. Students will study theory, including basic physics pertaining to forklifts. Students will learn about the potential dangers when operating a forklift and review important operator responsibilities. Safe driving and safe operation are emphasized.

Students are required to submit a copy of a valid driver's licence, by email or fax. Email: arianea@nait.ca or fax 780.471.8993 attention Ariane.

This course addresses the training requirement outlined in Alberta’s Best Practices Guideline for Forklift Health & Safety.
Successful students will receive a wallet card certificate indicating number of training hours and type of forklift used.
