The General Arts and Sciences diploma program offers students a broad interdisciplinary foundation in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.   • Credit in English 30-1 or English 30-2 or equivalent

  • Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 59 – 64

Or one of the following:
• Successful completion of an Alberta Education English Language Arts course (or equivalent from education in Canada) that is consistent with the specified academic admission requirements for the career program.
• Transcripts showing three (3) years of full-time high school where English was the language of instruction (view more information).

• Transcripts showing one (1) year of full-time post-secondary education at an institution where English was the language of instruction


Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2026/08/01 to 2027/07/31*.

  • Mandatory Fees $1,173.00 Year One
