Every day the world becomes more connected through technology, trade, humanitarian work, and shared environmental resources. Strong leadership is an increasingly needed asset, the kind of leadership that can galvanize members from different cultures to respond to a common goal.

The Advanced Citation in Global Leadership from the Faculty of Extension, University of Alberta has been designed to empower leaders with the capacity for a global mindset and an ability to lead in multicultural settings. Learners in this online program will focus on topics such as world views, political and cultural complexity, cross-cultural communication, deliberative discourse, and technological changes.
