The Health and Human Services Management Post-Diploma Certificate combines health and human services sector knowledge with business skills to prepare learners for work in management and leadership positions. This program is ideal for underemployed and working professionals looking to further develop their skills. Courses can be taken full-time or part-time in a variety of delivery modes, starting in any term. A wide selection of course electives make it possible for learners to customize their program to meet their career goals. This integrated approach to health and human services management will prepare graduates for leadership roles in a sector that struggles to find appropriately qualified managers and/or have little opportunity to suitably train its existing workforce for management responsibilities. Graduates of this program work in public, private, and non-profit community settings in both the health and human services sectors.
