This one year post-diploma certificate equips students with essential operational and management skills by building on prior knowledge. With a focus on applying leadership and management skills, this program prepares students to pursue supervisory and management careers across sectors in Canadian and international hospitality and tourism. Students relate program concepts with workplace environments through industry field excursions. Additionally, one term of Work Integrated Learning provides learners with the opportunity to integrate their studies with 600 hours of paid industry work experience.
