This one year certificate program focuses on practical skills required for entry-level positions within the hospitality industry. Through a blend of theory and hands-on learning, students develop a recognition of the critical relationship between guest service and guest experiences. Students relate program concepts and skills to the workplace through industry field excursions. Additionally, one term of Work Integrated Learning provides learners with the opportunity to integrate their studies with 600 hours of paid industry work experience.
