Experience hands-on training with the operation of machine shop equipment, including drill press, lathe and milling machines. If you are considering a career as a machinist, want to develop professionally or want to gain manual machining skills for your hobby projects, these courses will provide you with a range of opportunities to improve your theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills. Our program will provide you with expert instruction, tools and equipment in our fully outfitted Sandvik Coromant Centre for Machining.

Admission Requirements

Upon successful completion of the 4 courses in this certificate program, you will have developed skills and obtained knowledge of manual machining, using tools like drill, lathe and mill-drill.
