The Master of Finance is a 16-month, 39-unit course-based graduate program that will provide students with the analytical, computational, and quantitative skills and knowledge necessary for professional careers in finance. The Master of Finance provides firm foundations of financial theories and empirical methods in finance. The program will offer three streams: Investment Management, Advisory and Corporate Development, and Fintech. Each of these streams provides a distinct career path. In the last semester of the program, Master of Finance students can choose from three Work Integrated Learning courses: Professional Internship in Finance, Research Consulting Project, or Pro Bono Project.

Admission Requirements
  • Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.30, calculated over the last 60 units (approximately two years) of university-level courses.
  • At least three undergraduate courses in quantitative areas such as calculus, statistics, econometrics, quantitative economics, linear algebra, probability theory, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Completion of the GMAT with a recommended score above 600, or an equivalent GRE score.

Applicants who do not meet all the requirements but believe they possess sufficient quantitative skills acquired through coursework or experience in calculus, statistics, econometrics, quantitative economics, linear algebra, probability theory, or related quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply. Each application will be reviewed individually.
