It is important that people practice mindfulness and reflect on these experiences. NAIT's course will help you discover resources that will build toward mental well-being. This course will help you:
- Discuss concepts of mental health and well-being
- Recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health in yourself and others
- Demonstrate how to support mental health and well-being in yourself and others.
Life is full of positive and negative experiences. Learn to improve your relationship with yourself and improve your interactions with others.
