Mental health and well-being are important things to take care of. Many people struggle to know where to start or find resources to take care of themselves. It is important that people practice mindfulness and reflect on these experiences. NAIT's course will help you discover resources that will build toward mental well-being. This course will help you:

  • Discuss concepts of mental health and well-being
  • Recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health in yourself and others
  • Demonstrate how to support mental health and well-being in yourself and others.

Life is full of positive and negative experiences. Learn to improve your relationship with yourself and improve your interactions with others.
