General Admissions Requirements:
All applicants must meet the general admission requirements for Lethbridge Polytechnic programs, as indicated in the Admissions section of the calendar.
Academic Requirements:
In addition to meeting the general admission requirements indicated in the Admission section of this calendar, applicants must also satisfy the following specific course requirements (or equivalencies):
- Math 30-1 or 30-2 or equivalent
- Biology 30 or equivalent
- Chemistry 30 or equivalent
This program is delivered in a face-to-face format on the main Lethbridge Polytechnic campus. Lectures, labs and hands-on training opportunities will all take place on campus in Lethbridge.
New applicants are accepted into the Pre-Veterinary Medicine program for Fall (September) term. See Registrar's Office Important Dates and Deadlines to find important dates for the term you’re applying for or the current semester.
This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2026/08/01 to 2027/07/31*.
