The Leadership Stream of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) certificate program is designed for leaders who are accountable for the delivery of projects including capital and multiyear. It provides a disciplined process for improving project delivery, reporting, compliance, transparency, accountability, and risk management. PPM supports leaders by providing the capabilities to manage and ensure projects, programs, and portfolios deliver on cost, schedule, scope, and quality expectations. This certificate program enables leaders to effectively optimize project and resource investments including managing targeted outcomes across the organization.

Being able to monitor and control multiple programs and projects simultaneously is an essential skill for leaders, and our flagship Project Portfolio Management (PPM) program is designed to help you develop this ability.This certificate will provide you with practical insights informed by our industry expertise, cutting-edge tools, and extensive knowledge of industry standards. The mastery that you gain from this program can be applied immediately and effectively within your organization, and will help you use Project Server and Project Online to fulfil your operational and reporting needs.

Concepts covered include the fundamentals of project progress and spend management to enhance decision-making; using project data to evaluate returns, benefits and prioritization of projects for optimization of capital and human resource investment; business intelligence data visualization of project management information; building portfolio, project and resource dashboards; and cataloguing individual workloads, time tracking, cataloguing change requests and tracking project workflows.
