Participants will be introduced to the essential mechanisms of quality management systems, including steps in creating a quality policy and developing related objectives and procedures. Students will gain a practical understanding of the general principles and frameworks of a quality management system. Depending on the stream chosen, courses emphasize the ISO 9000 series of quality management standards.
