Real Estate Development Leadership Certificate

www.ucalgary.caDelivered in partnership with Canada’s leader in real estate development education, the Real Estate Development Institute of Canada (REDI Canada), this immersive in-person program meets the needs of mid and senior level professionals. Learn from industry leaders with extensive expertise across the development processes for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Benefit from exposure to active development projects, applied group assignments, case studies, and industry guest speakers from across Canada. Build a network and learn alongside a peer group of senior professionals and leaders with similar goals and interests.
The Real Estate Development Leadership (REDL) certificate program positions learners to expand their competency across several key areas, drawing on a breadth of industry knowledge and depth of specialized real estate development expertise.
The program is structured to provide a strong understanding of five core subject areas and two electives. Learners select from a variety of elective courses based on their area of practice and interests.
