Admission Requirements

Unleash your creativity! Launch your career as a professional graphic designer by exploring current trends and techniques for creating visual designs in both print and digital media. In this program, you will:

  • Learn about typography, the process of visual design, and the software used in communicating visual messages
  • Explore the nearly endless possibilities of Photoshop while using Illustrator to maximize designs and layouts
  • Investigate how visual design techniques for the Internet differ from those used for print
  • Expand your understanding of the ever-evolving ways in which the world communicates around us, and create engaging visual communication designs with confidence

A Visual Design Certificate will be awarded to students who complete 10 core courses.
